*All sessions can be done in my fully equipped and private garage gym in Arden, NC. Travel fee applies to in person sessions outside of the garage gym. Sessions can be done online if not local.*

 

Single Session

One-time 45-minute session for working on a specific skill (e.g. learning how to deadlift) or for an assessment (e.g. postural alignment or potential risks of injury during certain tasks). Can also be used for a one-time program after completing Foundations.


Foundations

Four sessions in person (if local). Required for all options besides Single Session. These 45-minute sessions teach and reinforce basic movement and tension principles that are used in the majority of your waking hours. Without these kinesiology principles, a program can not be followed correctly. These also apply to activities such as cooking, going up stairs, walking, sitting, standing, picking things up off the floor, drinking, eating etc. The time you are not actively working out is when you are presented with the most opportunities to choose whether you are breaking down or building up. $100 discount if you come to my garage gym in Arden, NC.


12 Sessions Rolling

Standard approach. Meets 1-3 times/week. Must begin with Foundations (or test out). However, Foundations is included within this package (it will be the 1st four sessions, no extra cost). 12 session commitment, 30 or 45 minutes.


Online Programming

Must begin with Foundations (or test out). From there a program is devised, and we have a video call every 2 weeks to check in, make changes, critique form, see how you are feeling etc. Videos of certain exercises will be requested throughout. This month-to-month option allows you to workout on your own time, in your own space.


12 Session Specialties
